Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused state.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
